Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and security-focused Laptop IT Administrator to manage end-user laptops and ensure devices meet organizational compliance and security standards. The role includes responsibility for provisioning laptops, administering MDM solutions, and implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. This position plays a key role in endpoint lifecycle management, IT support, and security enforcement. Key Responsibilities: Provision, configure, and manage laptops (Windows/macOS) for all users. Administer and maintain MDM solutions (e.g. Jump Cloud) for device compliance, remote management, and policy enforcement. Assist in the design and deployment of DLP solutions (e.g. CrowdStrike) to protect sensitive data on endpoints. Configure and enforce endpoint security measures including disk encryption, antivirus/EDR, and firewall rules. Manage patching, OS upgrades, and software deployments across all endpoints. Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and support tickets related to laptops and end-user IT issues. Support remote users using remote desktop tools and VPN configurations. Perform device a udits, license tracking, and hardware asset lifecycle management. Collaborate with InfoSec team to implement and monitor endpoint protection policies. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), installation guides, and support workflows. Handle onboarding/offboarding processes including user setup, access, and device handover. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in laptop or endpoint administration. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. Experience managing and configuring MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, Kandji, JumpCloud). Familiarity with implementing and supporting DLP tools and policies. Working knowledge of endpoint security (Crowdstrike, etc.). Comfortable with remote troubleshooting and supporting global users. Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automating endpoint tasks. Experience with directory services (Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, etc.). Strong documentation and communication skills.
