Qualification - Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Programming and designing automation system.

Designing and implementing industrial process automation systems to improve efficiency and

productivity.

Collaborating with different teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions.

Troubleshooting and issue resolving with automation system including hardware and software.

Developing and implementing different protocols for automation systems.

Attending and presenting FAT simulation with client.

Maintaining documents regarding execution of automation system.

Staying upgraded with latest advancements in automation technology.

Ready to travel domestic / abroad.

Key Skills:

Expert in PLC, HMI & SCADA program developments from scratch.

Testing of PLC, SCADA & HMI systems - Siemens / Schneider / Rockwell preferred

In-depth knowledge of TIA Portal, HMI, Win-CC, Studio 5000, FT-view.

Programming languages - ladder, FBD, STL, SCL, S7 Graph.

Knowledge of SCADA programming, scripting, report generation, data logging.

Database management , SQL, SSRS.

Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, protocol.

Attending service jobs at customer sites.

Commissioning and retrofit projects.

Assist junior engineers.
