Automation Engineer (Mobile & Web)

As an Automation Tester, your role will involve automating and maintaining all business line projects" artefacts and regression tests related to mobile and web-based applications and APIs. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Perform test automation using tools such as Selenium, APPIUM, APIs Testing Tools, and Cucumber. - Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts following the enterprise Automation Framework standard. - Be prepared to engage in manual test execution when necessary by creating and managing test sets. - Possess experience in CI/CD. - Offer technical support to other Automation Engineers regarding the enterprise Automation Framework. - Assess automation feasibility for functional test sets/cases. - Communicate test automation status and execution results to Test Lead/Test Manager and other project team members. - Collaborate closely with QA team members, developers, and other project team members in the automation process within an agile environment. Additionally, you will have contributing responsibilities that include: - Proficiency in using Java and Automation Scripting with Web, Mobile, and API tools (Selenium, APPIUM, Cucumber). - Familiarity with CSS, HTML, Node.js, and Angular JS. - Experience with Java, CI/CD, GitLab, Nexus, and JIRA-XRay. - Strong communication skills along with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, specific qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum 5+ years of IT Software QA/Testing experience. - At least 5 years of experience in test automation with Selenium, Appium, and API, along with familiarity with CSS, HTML, Node.js, and Angular Js. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI domain, particularly in Personal finance/Lending. - Hands-on experience with Java. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.,
