Job Description

As an Automation Engineer specialized in IoT and Vision Systems, your role is crucial in designing and implementing advanced automation and IoT solutions for manufacturing processes. Your deep technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and strong passion for robotics and smart manufacturing technologies will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement complete IoT solutions, encompassing hardware, firmware, and cloud integration. - Develop scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful IoT projects. - Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with standards. - Develop high-speed monitoring systems using vision systems for real-time quality control. - Work on camera selection, image processing algorithms, and data analysis. - Develop or coordinate firmware for microcontrollers, sensors, and gateways. - Optimize device power and performance, ensuring regulatory compliance. - Write backend services for data acquisition, processing, and analytics. - Implement communication protocols like MQTT, WebSockets, and REST APIs. - Program and integrate robotic systems for advanced automation. - Proactively identify automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions. Required Experience & Skills: - 3+ years of experience in image processing and vision system integration. - Proven expertise in end-to-end IoT solution development. - Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++, or PLC programming. - Experience with communication protocols such as MQTT, WebSockets, and REST APIs. - Hands-on experience with PCB prototyping, edge computing, and sensor integration. - Background in robotics programming and vision-guided systems. - Strong problem-solving abilities and automation creativity. - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
