Job Title: Automation Engineer Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Industry : Manufacturing Experience : 4-5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to execution, ensuring seamless automation processes. This role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies, excellent design skills, and the ability to work closely with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple automation projects, guiding them from the initial concept phase through to successful execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Conduct site visits to suppliers as needed to oversee progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. Design and implement automation solutions for CNC, Manual Traub, Grinding, and Rolling machines. Utilize design software (AutoCAD, 3D modelling) to create and modify project designs (added advantage) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance automation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. 4-5 years of relevant experience in automation engineering within the manufacturing sector. Proven experience in managing projects from concept to execution. Familiarity with CNC, Manual Traub, Grinding, and Rolling machines; prior automation experience with these systems is a significant advantage. Proficiency in design tools, including AutoCAD and 3D modelling software. (Will be an added advantage) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation. Experience in supplier management and collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
