Job Description

As an Automation Developer at IC25, you will play a crucial role in the HR automation team by delivering advanced automation solutions that bring significant transformation to HR processes. Your expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and refining automations to streamline HR services and enhance employee experiences. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that each solution maximizes its impact while also contributing to the creation of reusable components and best practices for the team. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for critical HR needs, collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement and innovation, building robust and scalable automations with comprehensive documentation, mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in peer reviews to uphold high-quality standards. You will also be encouraged to explore and recommend new tools, approaches, or features that could improve the delivery process. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering automation solutions using UiPath and/or Power Platform, possess the ability to design solutions that strike a balance between impact, maintainability, and user-friendliness, demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, and have experience in providing technical guidance or mentorship to colleagues. Additionally, exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems, an interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences, and knowledge of HR operations and processes would be advantageous.
