As a highly skilled Automation Architect with expertise in Tosca, your role involves leading the automation strategy and execution for enterprise-level applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using Tosca, driving automation initiatives that support large-scale digital transformations. Key Responsibilities: - Define, develop, and implement automation architecture and strategies leveraging Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Design and build scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks to support enterprise applications and systems. - Lead the development of automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure comprehensive test coverage across different modules. - Collaborate with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders to identify test automation opportunities and ensure alignment with project goals. - Oversee the execution of automated test suites, analyze results, and ensure accuracy and consistency of test outcomes. - Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) to enable continuous testing across different environments. - Provide leadership and mentoring to junior automation engineers and QA teams on Tosca best practices and framework development. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges with minimal manual intervention. - Stay current with industry trends in automation, testing tools, and best practices for continuous improvement of the automation framework. - Engage in test planning, test strategy discussions, and participate in project and release meetings to ensure test automation integration within the SDLC. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in software test automation, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tosca automation tool. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Tosca for complex applications. - Strong knowledge of Tosca's key modules such as Tosca Commander, Tosca BI, Tosca Orchestrator, and Tosca Continuous Testing. - Experience in automating web, desktop, and mobile applications using Tosca. - Expertise in API testing and UI testing automation using Tosca. - Strong experience with integrating Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab). - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation frameworks. - Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business users, and leadership.
