Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to support Client Projects by coordinating with vendors, managing Autodesk software licenses, and providing internal training. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between vendors and internal teams, optimizing software license usage, and delivering user training to enhance design tool usage. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between vendors and engineering teams on EPC projects - Manage and optimize Autodesk software license usage - Conduct audits, generate reports, and support procurement decisions - Design and deliver training sessions for internal users - Maintain issue trackers, meeting minutes, and project schedules Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in EPC or technical coordination roles - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and license management - Strong communication, organizational, and training skills Additional Details: The company offers a Full-time, Permanent job type with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
