Identify and document functional differences between our software and other CAD platforms. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to clients and internal users. Assist users in troubleshooting installation, licensing, and usage-related issues. Offer guidance on transitioning from AutoCAD or other CAD tools to our software.
