1. Answering questions about our clinic & services - for walk in patients and telephonically. 2. Asking questions to understand patient requirements & convert calls to appointments 3. Helping patient in the PRC’S workflow as per systems manual. Greet, Register, Introduce visitor / patient to the SOPs of PRC. 4. Connect & Communicate with patients – on Facebook, Whatsapp, phone & in person. 5.
