Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for clients
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare and review drawings for construction and installation
- Maintain and organize design files and databases
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in drafting, design, architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
-Knowledge of Ksmart application
- Knowledge of interior design and architecture principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD and design software
-Experience with Panchayath/Municipality realted drawings
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
