Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman who is proficient in creating detailed planning, working drawings, and submission drawings for both exterior and interior projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our design and execution teams by producing precise technical drawings that meet client expectations and municipal submission standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare 2D planning layouts, elevations, and sections for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Develop working drawings for site execution, including electrical, plumbing, and structural coordination. Create submission drawings as per local government norms for plan passing and approvals. Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings. Modify and revise drawings as per client or architect feedback. Maintain drawing documentation and project records. Ensure drawings comply with building regulations, codes, and site-specific requirements. Requirements: Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or relevant qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in architectural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is an added advantage. Strong understanding of building bylaws, building materials, and construction details. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
