Autocad Draftman

Role Overview: As an AutoCAD Draughtsman, your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for various projects using AutoCAD. You will create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, ProE, and other 3D modeling software as needed. It will be essential for you to modify existing drawings based on feedback and project specifications and develop models based on initial designs provided by engineers, architects, and project managers. Additionally, conducting site visits to gather information and ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards will be part of your role. Staying updated on the latest AutoCAD features and industry best practices is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD. - Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, ProE, and other 3D modeling software. - Modify existing drawings based on feedback and project specifications. - Develop models based on initial designs provided by engineers, architects, and project managers. - Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements for projects. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards. - Maintain organized project files and documentation. - Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports. - Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD features and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, ProE, and other 3D modeling software. - Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and technical drawing standards. - Familiarity with 3D Rendering and simulation software is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to explain and present technical information effectively.,
