Autocad Drafter

As a Draughtsman working under an Architect for at least 3-4 years, your primary responsibility will be to develop Civil Elevation, Plan & Section Modelling for KDMC-approved Residential Properties. You will be required to create technical working drawings based on architects" sketches and specifications, ensuring accuracy in measurements, calculations, and adherence to building codes and construction details. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUP, Lumion, and other computer-aided design software programs will be essential for this role. Your role will also involve preparing municipal drawings, working drawings, and MEP drawing schematics for architects, construction managers, and engineers. You will need to enter CAD data into Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems to develop 3-D models and renderings. Regular site visits will be necessary to take measurements, calculate dimensions, and analyze various data sources to support project requirements. Collaboration with architects and construction engineers will be crucial to ensure compliance with building specifications and industry regulations. Staying updated on the latest architectural design developments and technologies will be expected. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, and maintaining projects, conducting technical and feasibility studies, and working on drawings for both Commercial and Residential Projects. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in architectural drafting. A minimum of 4 years of experience with AutoCAD is required, along with the ability to produce accurate floor plans, elevations, section layouts, and details. Advanced proficiency in CAD software, mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this position. You should also possess excellent analytical and problems-solving skills to provide valuable advice and suggestions for resolving project challenges while monitoring project progress effectively.,
