The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all drawings meet required specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

· Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.

· Modify existing drawings as per engineering changes or client requirements.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify technical details.

· Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines.

· Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

· Maintain and update the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements.

· Prepare and present Plant Deck using PowerPoint (PPT) for client presentations.

· Creating the Quotations as per client requirements.

Your tasks:

· Generate 2D and 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD software.

· Organise and maintain drawing files and project documentation.

· Collaborate with Reporting Person to incorporate design changes and Quotations.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure drawings meet industry standards.

· Meet project deadlines and timelines for drawing submissions.

Skills and Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

· Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., civil, MEP, architectural design].

• Have worked in QS Department for 1-2 Years.
• Prefered Landscaping Experience.
