AutoCAD Designer

MnD Design and Management is a growing design and manufacturing company specializing in retail store interiors and custom furniture fixtures. With a factory setup and a focus on quality execution, we cater to premium brands and are building new product lines and e-commerce experiences. We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring ideas to life with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D drawings for furniture, fixtures, and interior layouts using AutoCAD and similar design tools.
• Translate design briefs, sketches, and concepts into technical drawings for production.
• Coordinate with the factory team to ensure technical drawings are feasible and align with available materials and machinery.
• Maintain and update design documentation for standard and custom products.
• Work closely with project managers, CNC vendors, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 2D Designer or Draftsman in the furniture, interiors, or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of material properties (wood, metal, laminates, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
• Eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality technical drawings.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a furniture factory or retail interior firm.
• Knowledge of software like Polyboard or Cabinet Vision.
• Familiarity with CNC file preparation and factory workflows.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
