AutoCAD Designer (Fresher)

As an AutoCAD Design Engineer Fresher, your primary responsibility will be to create 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software according to specific design requirements. You will collaborate with senior engineers to develop layout and detailed component drawings. In addition, you will be tasked with revising and updating existing drawings as per given instructions. Your role will also involve data entry tasks such as updating design records, maintaining drawing logs, and preparing part lists. It will be important for you to accurately enter and manage production or project-related data in Excel and internal systems while ensuring proper documentation of drawings and technical files. Furthermore, you will need to liaise with internal teams including production, quality, and stores for data and design updates, ensuring consistency and precision in your work. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in AutoCAD, with knowledge of both 2D and 3D functions being advantageous. A basic understanding of mechanical or civil design concepts, depending on the specific role, will be essential. Additionally, you should have a good typing speed and data entry accuracy, along with a strong command of MS Excel and MS Office applications. Communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to follow instructions diligently are qualities that will be beneficial in this position. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline. While AutoCAD certification or training is preferred, freshers are encouraged to apply, with internship or project experience considered a valuable asset. This is a full-time position based in Bopal, Ahmedabad, within the manufacturing industry, operating from 10am to 7pm.
