Job Title: International Sales Executive (Australian Energy Process)

Location: Westend Marg, New Delhi – 110030

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives

Shift Timing: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated International Sales Executive for the Australian Energy Process. The ideal candidate should have strong international sales exposure, preferably dealing with Australian clients, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Australian customers to promote products and services.
• Reach out to potential or existing customers using structured scripts.
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and company details while building strong rapport.
• Manage and resolve customer grievances professionally to maintain company reputation.
• Achieve sales targets consistently and contribute to future business opportunities.
• Go the extra mile to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in international sales (Australian market preferred).
• Ability to understand and explain products/services clearly.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Ability to adapt to a competitive sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Calm, patient, and able to handle rejection.
• Excellent negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
