Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and audit visit proofs (such as photos, location tags, or documents) uploaded by employees on the company software.
Validate whether the mentioned field visits are genuine and accurately reported as
OK” or “Not OK”
based on the provided evidence.
Identify discrepancies, false entries, or inconsistencies in the visit reports.
Maintain a daily log of verified visits and share reports with the management team.
Coordinate with team leads or managers for clarifications or missing data.
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all audit data.
Provide feedback or process improvement suggestions to enhance the verification system.
