Audit & Tax Manager

As a Lead/Senior Audit & Tax Executive at Floraison, your role involves providing professional guidance and advisory to the client servicing teams. You will participate in internal discussions, enrich client experience through valuable consultation, and ensure a 360-degree view of transactions. Collaborating with managers and leads, you will help finalize annual books of accounts and Schedule III. Additionally, you will undertake preventive audits, resolve audit queries, and close statutory audits while maintaining adherence to agreed time frames. Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional guidance and advisory to the client servicing teams - Enrich client experience through valuable consultation - Ensure a 360-degree view of transactions - Assist in finalizing annual books of accounts and Schedule III - Undertake preventive audits on a regular basis - Resolve audit queries and clarifications - Independently engage in and close annual statutory audits - Plan and participate in client discussions on annual audited financials - Manage and close Income tax audits, corporate tax computation, and GST annual returns - Review international transactions and transfer pricing study reports - Provide support for direct and indirect tax planning - Review and execute corporate and regulatory activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred - Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.,
