Audit Quality

As a Manager Audit Quality (Financial Services) at our company, your role will involve reviewing high-risk areas and critical parts of audits, ensuring compliance with Indian Auditing Standards (Ind AS) and internal policies, guiding and coaching audit teams to improve quality and consistency, as well as supporting internal audit quality initiatives and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Review high-risk areas and critical parts of audits. - Ensure compliance with Indian Auditing Standards (Ind AS) and internal policies. - Guide and coach audit teams to improve quality and consistency. - Support internal audit quality initiatives and process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in audit or audit quality. - Strong knowledge of Indian Auditing Standards and Financial Services sector. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong documentation, coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.
