As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of engagements involving taxation services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver committed service levels to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients requirements with respect to taxation services which inter-alia include compliance

management, performing post and pre-compliance reviews, representations with statutory authorities, preparation

and filing appeals, tax-due diligence, providing written opinions, tax structuring, transaction advisory etc

. Plan and ensure that committed deliverables are met on a timely basis

Lead and manage a team comprising of staff & articled assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance

culture.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.

Oversee the execution of audit procedures, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations.

Keep yourself abreast with updates in applicable tax laws and compliance requirements

Efficient of technology in delivery of accurate and timely services.
