In Financial Reporting, you will learn about reporting standards and presentation under Company Law. In Auditing & Assurance, you will understand the standards on Audit, forming an opinion, and professional ethics. Corporate Laws will expose you to compliance, governance, and legal frameworks. Foreign Exchange Laws will provide insights into cross-border transactions and FEMA regulations. Direct Taxation will involve advisory & compliance for auditees and consulting clients. International Taxation will cover topics such as Transfer pricing and taxation of multinational entities. Indirect Taxation will focus on GST and other industry-specific regulations.
