Job Description The purpose of this position is to ensure deployment of learning interventions as per the Organization and business needs by collaborating with various stakeholders. Drive the development of special education and training programs aligned with business needs. Build and manage partnerships with training agencies for diverse training needs. Foster relationships with external training institutions and colleges Blue collar Associates Training Plan and develop training concepts for blue-collar associates in collaboration with stakeholders Design and implement change management and skill/competency programs for blue-collar associates. Training and development Temporary workforce Implement and maintain systems for efficient data management and governance Audit & Governance Plan and oversee internal and external audits and assessments. Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit and assessment Drive continuous improvement in training and development Assessment findings Qualifications MBA in Human Resource Management or Master of Social work Certification in Training and Development is desirable 5 to 8 yrs experience in managing training and development Experience in content and concept development Experience in manufacturing industries (desirable) Experience in facilitation skill Experience in driving Employee experience initiatives Additional Information Excellent in working on MS Office like Excel and Power point presentations Proficient knowledge of Manufacturing set up, process and systems Competent knowledge of Training methodologies / Tools / platforms, concept and Content development etc., Proficient in Networking, communication and presentation skills Proficient in Data analytics tools- like Power BI/Tableau

As a Process & Administrative Support professional, you will be responsible for providing operations, tooling, and logistics support. Your role will also involve ensuring data protection by adhering to policies and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data. You will be expected to handle program/project status reporting, including metrics, narrative status reporting, SLA/KPI reporting, variances, and trend analysis. This will involve generating reports following predefined scripts and preparing custom reports based on project needs. Governance & Control will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will implement governance standards, track, monitor, and report the status of project/program deliverables. Quality & Compliance will also be under your purview, as you lead the IT quality team and drive the implementation of quality strategy, policies, processes, templates, and checklists. In terms of communication & team support, you will be tasked with creating and publishing project updates, as well as facilitating meetings by documenting key notes and action items, distributing them, and proactively driving for action item results and resolution. You will also handle issue & risk management by documenting issues/risks, assigning preventive/corrective actions, and monitoring/tracking them to closure. Deliverables Management will require you to maintain a deliverables repository and documentation, while Workplan Management will involve creating/maintaining/QA of work plans, configuration & management of time tracking tools, and maintaining time tracking tools, reconciliation of hours, creating exception reports, and following through required actions. Furthermore, you will support Annual IT budget preparation by coordinating with various stakeholders on annual plans and regularly track and analyze spends. In terms of Audit Governance and Support, you will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ITGC and other IT audits, tracking action items and following up for timely closures. Your role will also encompass overall Project Management & Coordination, where you will support project teams/steams with publication, review, and sign-off of major deliverables, ensuring consistent project plans are followed in line with schedule, cost, resource, and quality guidelines. Driving continuous improvements and innovation will be another aspect of your responsibilities, as you lead initiatives to optimize PMO work, eradicate wastes, automate redundant processes, and adopt/implement best practices and standard PMO processes. Additionally, you will lead monthly town halls and team bonding events to improve camaraderie among team members, as well as coordinate rewards and recognition programs. Your qualifications should include a B.E/B.Tech + MBA degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management Office, with a strong understanding of the IT Project Management lifecycle and experience in Partner/Vendor Management. Possessing a Project Management Certification such as PMP or similar will be considered a plus.,
