Audit Executive

As an MFI Audit Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of operations within a Microfinance Institution (MFI). Your primary duties will include conducting audits, analyzing financial data, and identifying areas for improvement to maintain the organization's financial health and adherence to regulations. Your key responsibilities will involve performing both scheduled and surprise audits of branch operations, field teams, and related financial records. You will be responsible for analyzing back-office data, preparing information for audits, and compiling audit samples for review. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing audit reports and findings, documenting processes, and overseeing the closure of audits. In your role, you will also be tasked with identifying potential risks within the organization and recommending corrective actions. This may involve suggesting measures to prevent fraud and delinquency, thereby contributing to effective risk management practices. This position is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
