Audit Executive

Role Overview: As an MFI Audit Executive, your main responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of operations within a Microfinance Institution (MFI). You will conduct audits, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement to guarantee the organization's financial health and adherence to regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Audits: Perform scheduled and surprise audits of branch operations, field teams, and related financial records. - Data Analysis: Analyze back-office data, prepare information for audits, and create audit samples. - Financial Reporting: Prepare audit reports and findings, document processes, and ensure audit closure. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions, including measures to prevent fraud and delinquency. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in auditing, preferably in the financial sector. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices. - Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Please note that this job is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and the location is in person.
