Audit Executive

As a Field Officer, your role involves conducting scheduled and surprise visits to 8 branches as per the schedule provided by the Head Office. You will be responsible for gathering market intelligence on the Microfinance business in the area. Additionally, you will maintain a record of collection quality in the catchment area and provide advice to branches on areas that require caution. Your support will be crucial in assisting field teams with difficult collection cases.
