Audit Associate

As a Solar Inspector at Assure by SolarSquare, your role involves conducting on-site inspections of existing solar plants to assess their operational status and identify maintenance needs. You will be responsible for effectively identifying and diagnosing potential issues, performance gaps, or safety concerns in non-SolarSquare solar installations. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting on-site inspections of residential and C&I solar plants not serviced by SolarSquare - Identifying and diagnosing potential issues and safety concerns - Presenting detailed inspection findings and articulating the value proposition of Assure by SolarSquare's O&M services - Engaging in field sales activities, including lead generation and acquiring new O&M contracts - Preparing comprehensive inspection reports and maintaining accurate sales records To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Education: No specific bar, but preferred ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or BE in Electrical/Mechanical - Professional Experience: 1+ year in field sales, solar installation, or quality inspection in the solar sector - Skills: Strong inspection skills, knowledge of solar PV system components, sales and negotiation abilities, and basic mobile app usage knowledge Preferred skills include knowledge of solar O&M best practices, industry standards, and familiarity with various solar product brands and technologies.
