Audit Associate II

As an Audit Associate II at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable assistance throughout the audit process. Your responsibilities will include planning, researching, reviewing processes, and offering recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures. You will focus on industries such as manufacturing & distribution, construction, or real estate, aiming to elevate all experiences by caring more. - Identify issues and apply accounting principles/auditing procedures. - Work on multiple engagements simultaneously. - Prepare clear, concise, and neat work-papers with definitive conclusions and well-written recommendations. - Develop positive working relationships with clients and demonstrate proactive interest in understanding their business needs. - Maintain confidentiality and display exemplary work habits in client communication. - Become an effective part of the client service team and connect with others. - Comply with the firm's practice management procedures/systems. - Anticipate problems/issues and keep senior/manager informed of engagement status. - Participate in training and mentoring of new associates. - Other duties as assigned. - Graduate or PG in Finance. - 2-4 years of audit experience (U.S. audit experience preferred). - Experience in Manufacturing & Distribution industry is an advantage. - Strong time and work management skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Strong oral and written communication skills; effective listening skills. - Effective analytical and problem-solving ability. - Experience with CaseWare preferred. You are expected to work mainly in our office, with flexibility for remote work as needed. The position is full-time, with an expectation of 40 hours per week. During busy seasons, extended hours may be required but will not exceed 55-60 hours per week.,
