Audit Analyst

a. Ensure collation of error free previous and pre audit data for audits scheduled and sharing the them well in 7 days advance.
b. Timely collation of MIS received from various departments and share the same during previous audit files. c. Following up with concerned vertical for obtaining fortnightly data of frauds and incidences. d. Collating critical issues on fortnightly basis and sending data in T+1 days to stakeholders and getting responses from them.

a. Ensure 100 % correctness in providing frauds and incidences data to auditors.
b. Weekly MIS preparation and sharing with TL on activity updation. c. Daily reporting of activities to TL without fail.

a. Performing back-up activities of TL and contributing for team growth.
b. Contribute to process improvements and support the digitization of audit administration tasks with atleast 2 initiatives in a quarter and their implementation. b. Identify improvement opportunities in pre-audit data collection and MIS reporting. c. Support simple automation tasks and template enhancements. d. Participate in internal process improvement initiatives.

a. Enhance data accuracy, Excel skills, and MIS preparation capability. Obtaining atleast 5 certificates and 40 hours of training is required.
b. Build understanding of audit documentation requirements and develop responsibility for self-checking and quality control to provide 100% error free data. c. Acquire basic automation skills (Excel formulas, Power Query basics). d. Develop a continuous improvement mindset and Build knowledge of audit procedures and compliance protocols.

a. Identify at least two process improvement areas related to pre-audit data collection, validation, or MIS reporting.
b. Participate in automation or digitization initiatives (e.g., Excel automation, reporting dashboards). c. Design or improve at least one MIS report/dashboard for better audit insights.
