Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Speech Audiometry, Impedance Audiometry, OAE, and BERA tests
Diagnose hearing loss and recommend appropriate hearing solutions
Perform hearing aid trials, fitting, programming, and fine-tuning
Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing loss management and device usage
Coordinate with ENT doctors for referrals, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records, test reports, and follow-up documentation
Provide after-sales support, hearing aid servicing, and periodic follow-ups
Educate patients on hearing conservation and preventive care
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and ethical standards
Participate in camps, outreach programs, or awareness activities when required

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: BASLP / B.Sc in Audiology or M.Sc in Audiology
Mandatory or preferred RCI Registration
24 years of experience in clinical audiology or hearing care centers
Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiological tests and hearing aid technologies
Experience in hearing aid fitting and patient counseling
Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
Patient-centric, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
Willingness to work from clinic/hospital location (in-office role)
Freshers with strong clinical training may also apply (if applicable)
