Role Overview: As an Audiologist at Soft Hear Speech, Hearing & Vertigo Clinic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing hearing and balance disorders in patients of all age groups. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive audiological evaluations, fitting hearing aids, managing tinnitus, and performing vestibular assessments to enhance patients" hearing health and overall quality of life. You will work towards improving the lives of individuals by utilizing your expertise and qualifications in the field of audiology. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments such as pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and BERA - Diagnose and manage conditions related to hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory processing, and balance disorders - Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices - Provide vestibular evaluations and rehabilitation for patients experiencing dizziness and balance issues - Educate patients and their caregivers on hearing conservation, communication strategies, and available treatment options - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including ENT specialists and neurologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care - Keep accurate patient records and stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology research and technology Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Audiology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology - RCI License or eligibility for RCI certification in Audiology - Proficiency in audiological equipment, hearing aid programming software, and balance assessment tools - Strong analytical, communication, and counseling skills with a patient-centered approach Role Overview: As a Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) at Soft Hear Speech, Hearing & Vertigo Clinic, you will be entrusted with evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all age groups. Your role will involve developing personalized therapy plans to address patient-specific needs and enhance their communication skills and quality of life. By utilizing your expertise in speech therapy, you will make a significant impact on the lives of your patients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments for various disorders such as speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues - Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each patient's requirements - Provide treatment for articulation disorders, stuttering, aphasia, dysarthria, and voice disorders - Assist patients with neurological speech impairments, such as post-stroke aphasia and cognitive-communication deficits - Educate families, caregivers, and educators on effective communication strategies and therapy techniques - Utilize assistive communication devices and alternative communication methods as needed - Monitor therapy progress effectively and maintain accurate patient records - Collaborate with audiologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic patient care Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology - RCI License or eligibility for RCI certification in Speech-Language Pathology - Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, voice therapy, swallowing rehabilitation, and alternative communication methods - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills,
