Audio Visual (AV) Support Engineer

As an Audio Visual (AV) Support Engineer, your role will involve handling audiovisual controlling and audio programming tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the PMC team and other entities to manage project AV cables pathway, containment, electrical, and data port route clearance. - Installing and configuring video conferencing devices and applications such as Cisco, HP Poly, Logitech, Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet. - Installing, configuring, and programming audio devices and applications like Biamp, QSC, Bose, Yamaha, Extron, Harman BSS, Shure, Kramer, and Xilica. - Setting up and performing basic configurations for video switching devices and applications from brands like Crestron, Extron, Kramer, and Lightware. - Handling video end display equipment including projectors, video walls, and Active LEDs from brands such as Samsung, LG, Sharp NEC, Panasonic, Barco, Epson, and Sony. - Working with audiovisual over IP technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Lightware, and ZeeVee, as well as Dante/AES67 Audio over IP technology. - Utilizing control and graphics user interface software like Crestron, Extron, Kramer, and AMX for basic configuration and program uploads. - Possessing basic knowledge of computer networking and IP address setups. Additionally, the preferred qualifications for this role include: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Audiovisual controlling and audio programming. - Educational background of a 3 Years Diploma or BSc in IT Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Computer Science. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
