Audio Video and Video Conferencing Support

As an Audio Video and Video Conferencing (AV/VC) Infrastructure Support professional, your role involves providing support for AV/VC products such as MS Teams, PEXIP, Cisco WebEx, and Zoom. You will work collaboratively with a customer-centric approach to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the specified SLA. Key Responsibilities: - Support infrastructure connecting to various VC Platforms like Pexip, Teams Meetings, Teams Events, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Events, and WebEx. - Conduct daily health check-ups to ensure the proper functionality of AV/VC setups. - Manage and monitor live events for Senior Management, Board Meetings, Townhalls, etc., across all locations. - Troubleshoot issues and provide necessary fixes/resolutions. - Collaborate with vendors for escalated troubleshooting. - Stay updated on the latest technologies, updates, and recommend update/upgrades. - Provide end-user support for PC clients and meeting room equipment. - Establish and maintain user manuals for the installation and operation of various types of meetings. - Conduct informal training and demonstrations for end-users on operating VC clients/equipment. - Manage asset inventory for AV/VC equipment at each location. - Mentor and assist new joiners and junior Engineers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Proven experience with AV/VC products like Pexip, Teams Meetings, Teams Events, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Events, and WebEx. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Flexibility with work timings to align with customers" working hours and project delivery timelines. - Relevant certifications in AV/VC technologies would be an added advantage.,
