ATW STRINGER OPERATOR

Role Overview: As an ATW Stringer Operator at our Bhubaneswar Factory, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the automatic stringer machine used in welding solar cells together to form solar modules. Your role will involve precise machine operation, quality control, maintenance, troubleshooting, material handling, process monitoring, safety compliance, and documentation. Attention to detail, technical knowledge, and efficient troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Operate the ATW stringer machine to perform precise tabbing and welding of solar cells. - Set up the machine according to specifications for different types of solar modules. - Monitor the welding process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to production standards. - Inspect solar cells for defects such as misalignment, poor welding, or damaged cells. - Perform routine maintenance to keep the machine in optimal working condition. - Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly. - Load and unload solar cells and ribbons into the machine as per production requirements. - Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage. - Track production metrics, including output rates, defect rates, and machine performance. - Report any deviations or issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance team. - Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment. - Maintain records of machine performance, production outputs, and quality checks. - Document any issues, maintenance activities, or process changes.
