Atlassian Administrator

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to manage and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You will help teams work better by customizing workflows, setting up projects, and making sure the tools are running smoothly.

Set up and manage Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and permissions

Configure and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, and user access

Support and configure Jira Service Management (queues, request types, SLAs)

Automate tasks and workflows using built-in automation or ScriptRunner

Help users with issues and provide basic training when needed

Work with teams to improve their use of Jira and Confluence

Monitor system performance and apply updates or fixes when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence administration

Experience with Jira Service Management setup and support

Understanding of user management, permissions, and project configuration

Familiar with automation rules and basic scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Atlassian Cloud and REST APIs

Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, etc.)
