Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily ATL sessions for students on STEM, robotics, IoT, 3D printing, electronics, and basic programming.
Guide students in developing innovative projects for competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs.
Prepare lesson plans, activity plans, and weekly schedules for ATL programs.
Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of ATL equipment and tools.
Organize ATL workshops, innovation challenges, and hands-on learning sessions.
Maintain attendance, activity logs, and documentation of all ATL activities.
Mentor students on design thinking, problem-solving, and project execution.
Coordinate with teachers, school management, and external trainers or vendors.
Encourage students participation in Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) programs.
Maintain inventory of ATL tools, consumables, and materials.
