Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Astronomy Expert located in Delhi, India. The Astronomy Expert will be responsible for conducting evening/night sky observations, educating guests on astronomy topics, guiding and instructing them about celestial objects, and participating in guest services. Other day-to-day tasks include developing educational programs, maintaining telescopes and other observational equipment, and collaborating with the team to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting and leading sky observation sessions
• Strong knowledge in astronomy and the ability to educate others on the subject
• Skills in using and maintaining telescopes and other observational equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and enhance guest experiences
• Passion for astronomy and wildlife is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Astronomy, Astrophysics, or related field is preferred
