Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide astrology consultations to clients via calls, chats, and video.
• Answer client queries with accuracy, empathy & professionalism.
• Contribute to astrology-related content for digital platforms & podcasts.
• Collaborate with the AstroIT team to enhance customer experience.
• Handle client interactions in both English & Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• Work in rotational

  day (9 AM – 6 PM)

  and

  night (6 PM – 2 AM)

  shifts.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of

  Vedic Astrology, Numerology, or Tarot

  .
• Previous experience in astrology consultation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work in

  rotational shifts

  .
• Female candidates preferred for in-house office roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Per Consultation Fee + Fixed ₹20,000 (based on interview) + Incentives.
