Assumptions Intake Specialist

What You'll Do:

Meticulously review and validate
all incoming customer requests and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Run eligibility checks
using our Automated Underwriting System (AUS) to determine if a loan meets our criteria.
Collaborate with other departments
to address any missing information or documentation issues.
Prepare and hand off
well-organized loan files to the pre-underwriting team.
Uphold our high standards
of quality by ensuring every file is processed with precision and care.

What You'll Bring:

Experience in the mortgage or financial industry is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with financial systems, especially AUS.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.
