Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting orientation classes for new joiners/students and guiding participants on marketing strategies, processes, and expectations. Your role will also involve ensuring smooth knowledge transfer by simplifying marketing concepts, coordinating with the Business Development Executive (BDE) during sessions, monitoring participation, clarifying doubts, and providing feedback. Additionally, you will support the marketing team in achieving admission and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct orientation classes for new joiners/students. - Guide participants on marketing strategies, processes, and expectations. - Ensure smooth knowledge transfer by simplifying marketing concepts. - Coordinate with the BDE, who will assist during sessions. - Monitor participation, clarify doubts, and provide feedback. - Support the marketing team in achieving admission and sales targets. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead sessions and engage participants effectively. - Prior experience in marketing, sales, or training preferred.,
