Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing to support business growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in formulating strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and conversion activities. Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and campaign performance metrics. Coordinate with the product and design teams to align promotional materials with brand identity.
