Asst Manager - Resource Mobilization

As an Assistant Manager - Resource Mobilization at L&T Energy - Hydrocarbon Knowledge City Vadodara, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the mobilization of staff and workmen resources. You will be tasked with updating and tracking the movement of all staff members from one site to another. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team on a daily basis to prepare recruitment reports, track CVs received from various sources, identify interview panels, collect Interview Evaluation Form signatures from panel members, and allocate staff to different sites as per the guidance of the Resource Head. Your duties will also include coordinating with third-party agencies to procure CVs that meet our requirements, shortlisting CVs with the assistance of technical panels, scheduling interviews, allocating staff to sites, conducting document checks, and finalizing rates within approved budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing real-time data input to the digital team for Resource Requirement analysis and ensuring that all staff identified through different sources (HR, Third Party Agency) are promptly updated. Moreover, you will be in charge of coordinating travel arrangements for staff members selected for overseas projects, ensuring smooth logistics and support throughout the assignment. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a minimum of 5-12 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in resource management and resource mobilization are essential for success in this role.
