Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Resource Mobilization at L&T Energy - HydrocarbonKnowledge City Vadodara, your primary role will involve: - Responsible for Staff and Workmen Resource Mobilization, including updating and tracking the movement of all staff from one site to another. - Close coordination with the HR team on a daily basis to prepare recruitment reports, track CVs received from various sources, identify interview panels, collect Interview Evaluation Form signatures, and allocate sites as per the guidance of the Resource Head. - Coordinating with third-party agencies for CVs as per requirements, shortlisting CVs with the technical panel's help, scheduling interviews, allocating sites, conducting document checks, and finalizing rates within approved limits. - Providing real-time data input to the digital team for showcasing Resource Requirement analysis. - Ensuring real-time updates of all staff identified through different sources like HR and Third-Party Agencies. - Coordinating travel arrangements for staff identified for overseas projects. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification of BACHELOR OF COMMERCE (BCOM) is required for this role.
