Asst. Manager - R&D (FCW)

As an R&D Engineer at D&H Scheron Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for various tasks related to FCAW consumables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Testing and documentation of FCAW consumables - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) - Developing new products, specifically hard-facing wires - Conducting competitor analysis - Standardizing processes in the R&D department To excel in this role, you must have a strong expertise in welding processes and metallurgy, possess excellent analytical skills, and have experience in research methodologies. Additionally, you will be expected to supervise and guide R&D technicians and may need to travel to customer sites when necessary. D&H Scheron Pvt.
