Asst. Manager - R & D ( Immunology)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting research and development activities in the field of Immunology. Your primary focus will be on validating antigens/antibody pairs using ELISA/CLIA/FIA, bio-conjugation of Eu/QDS/Gold Nanoparticles with antigens/antibodies, and developing ELISA/CLIA/mFLIA for selected markers. Additionally, you will be involved in the development of FRET homogenous assays and conducting alpha and beta testing. Synthesizing Eu/QDs/Dye conjugated Beads for use in FRET/FIA assays will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Validate antigens/antibody pairs using ELISA/CLIA/FIA. - Perform bio-conjugation of Eu/QDS/Gold Nanoparticles with antigens/antibodies. - Develop ELISA/CLIA/mFLIA for selected markers. - Work on the development of FRET homogenous assays and conduct alpha, beta testing. - Synthesize Eu/QDs/Dye conjugated Beads for use in FRET/FIA assays.
