Asst. Manager Quality NABH Experience

To ensure that the Institute gets the right guidance to implement quality accreditation/certification standards and healthcare personnel are guided to follow quality parameters at all times. Key Areas of Responsibility: ● To implement the quality accreditation/certification process ● Strengthen management and accountability through Internal Performance Agreements. ● Improve the design and management of the health delivery systems as determined by the Management ● Enhance the quality of health services and support innovations. ● Contingent Emergency Response Component. Provides support, direction, and/or assists with the resolution of problems or opportunities to improve care or services as needed ● Is responsible for always being conversant with the laws and regulations and also to know their applicability to the Institute ● Is responsible for ensuring the implementation of these requirements ● Creates a mechanism to regularly update licences/ registrations/ certifications ● Is responsible for involving departmental leaders in quality improvement Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Have you completed Masters in Hospital Administration Experience: Quality management in NABH 5th edition: 2 years (Required) Language: Kannada (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred)
