Job Description

Implement and monitor
Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
at project sites.
Review and ensure compliance with
project specifications, drawings, and standards
.
Prepare and maintain
Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
,
checklists
, and
quality records
.
Conduct
site inspections
for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, finishes, and MEP works.
Monitor material testing (in-house and third-party) and ensure test results are within acceptable limits.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure proper
documentation of QA/QC reports
, including NCRs, corrective actions, and material approvals.
Support in
internal and external quality audits
and ensure timely closure of observations.
Promote
quality awareness and training
among site teams.
Maintain calibration and upkeep of all
testing equipment and laboratory facilities
.
Drive continual improvement in construction quality through process enhancemen.
