Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month
Job Description:
Urgent requirement for Edible Oil Industry at Gandhidham location.
Profile: Assistant Manager – Purchase
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials & consumables.
Raise and process purchase orders (POs) as per requisitions and inventory needs.
Track and manage procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, and compliance with agreements.
Maintain procurement documentation and records for audits.
Analyse market trends and pricing for effective purchasing decisions.
