Manager / Dy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance (Foundry) for our company Pritika Auto Industries Limited based in Una, Himachal Pradesh . Qualification - Diploma / B. Tech (Mech) Requirement - Should have previous experience in Foundry Maintenance (SG & CI Castings). Should have previous experience in Melt Shop, Mould Shop, Fettling, Lab Foundry, Sand Plant etc. Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance of Arpa 900, 450 Disa moulding line etc. Performing maintenance on mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics and rotating equipment, and ensuring they are in good working order. Using precision measuring and testing instruments to locate sources of problems and solve them to reduce downtime and loss of production. Planning and scheduling preventative and planned maintenance work , which may be outside of normal working hours. Attending to breakdowns , failures, or malfunctions promptly and reporting to management. Checking stock levels, anticipating equipment needs, and placing orders. Handling the team of Mechanical engineers and taking care of all responsibilities given to them. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring that machinery and equipment meet all safety regulations. Ensure maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Documenting all maintenance work carried out in line with company procedures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per IATF. Experience - Minimum 8 Years required.
